Amsterdam, Cologne, Rhine Cruise

We had a very long day today...mostly traveling in our bus. The sunrise in Amsterdam was really pretty...yes, we were up to see it. It was off to Cologne, Germany to see a beautiful Gothic Cathedral. There were Mimes just outside of the church on little pedestals...very strange! We left for a trip to the Rhineland region. There we boarded a tour boat and toook off to see the castles that lined the river...I lost count...about 8, I think! It was a beautiful day! We arrived in Mannheim tonight and will leave for Innsbruck, Austria in the morning. Alps here we come! I'll try to blog more tomorrow...love you all, Deb
